make the enrollment process efficient.
Students entering Ocean Lakes High School must withdraw from their previous
school before enrolling.
A natural or custodial parent must accompany the student. The student must be
living with and registered by a natural parent or legal guardian. Custody/guardianship
papers must be approved by the Office of Student Leadership, 437-7583, prior to enrolling.

Report Card from previous school
SOL Testing Scores (if coming from VA school
Name and Address of previous school
IEP/504 Plan if applicable
